If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must let us know as soon as possible. The practice may make a charge for an appointment that was missed or cancelled without 48 hours’ notice.
Methods of payment
An estimate of the cost of proposed treatment will be provided at your examination appointment.
If the treatment plan changes due to your wishes or due to unexpected findings during the course of treatment, we will give you an updated treatment plan. Payments are accepted by most credit and debit cards.
